Email templates are the most convenient way to send messages that include information that doesn't change. Create and save a message as a template, and then reuse it when you want it. This is perfect if you are sending an email about a Promo or whether you need to sell your products, share some big news, etc.

Head over to our Settings > Emails > New Email

Give your email template a title, and a subject line. When creating templates, you can now add variables to your subject line or email message: such as the client’s name, email address, or balance due.

You can also include the Project Module into the message which will display all the details associated with the client's project.

We've included buttons to insert into the message as well, which are perfect for directing your client in the next step based on the context of the email.

Hit save when you're all done. Check out this article on how to automate your new email templates.
