Immediately after you create a project, you are given the option to email your client an invoice. While this is an optional step, it has many benefits.

If you choose not to send the invoice after you create the project, you can always access the same "Send Invoice" screen by expanding your invoice section inside the project and clicking on "Send".

Your invoice link is available for you to use in case you wanted to send the invoice separately from Bloom. Simply copy the Invoice link and paste it wherever you need it.

Similarly to project templates, you can also save email templates for quick future use. When you fill out an email, simply click Save New Template, and you will see you email template added to template list for quick future access.

Finally, when sending the email, enter the recipient's email address and message. You can also preview your email to make sure that it looks right and even send the email at a different time. Simply designate the day and time you would like for it to go out, and click Send.
