Effectively managing your project workflows is critical to any successful photography business. With Bloom, you can manage all of your project tasks similarly to how you would, if you were using a whiteboard. Our flexible layout allows you to quickly see all of your projects and know what is the next status for each project.

Creating workflows is quick and easy. You can add as many workflows as you need by using the “Add Workflow” button.

When you create a workflow, be sure to give a title, and then use the gear icon to manage the tasks.

When you create your workflows, simply mark off which tasks are started, paused, or done. You can also move projects around from one workflow to another. To move tasks around, simply use the move handles to rearrange the order.

Use the workflows to stay on top of all of your projects and mark them off as you complete each task.
