Adding a Description.
Create a new invoice or quote by clicking Add. To edit an existing quote or invoice, click the three dots and then Edit Quote.
Next, you will see a dropdown menu where you can choose to add a description.
The description area is excellent for describing your services in more detail or writing a personalized message to your client.
Adding an attachment.
Adding an attachment to a quote allows you to showcase your services with a lot of creative freedom. We recommend creating a proposal document in Canva or Adobe Express and attaching it to your quotes and invoices.
Canva has thousands of proposal templates from which to choose.
After you have created your proposal document, you can attach that document to a quote or invoice by clicking the Options Menu and then selecting Add Attachment.
Next, add a title and add the document by clicking Upload File.
Also, you can add a Contract to this quote by clicking the Options menu and selecting Add Contract.
These two features, Descriptions, and attachments, give you more options when presenting your services.
