Adding a Description.
Create a new invoice or quote by clicking Add. To edit an existing quote or invoice, click the three dots and then Edit Quote.
Next, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Add Enhancements" where you can choose to add a description. From this drop-down, you can also add a contract attachment or an event.
The description area is ideal for detailing your services or writing a personalized message to your client.
Adding an attachment.
Adding an attachment to a quote allows you to showcase your services with a lot of creative freedom. We recommend creating a proposal document in Canva or Adobe Express and attaching it to your quotes and invoices.
Canva has thousands of proposal templates from which to choose.
After you have created your proposal document, you can attach that document to a quote or invoice by clicking the Add Enhancements Menu and then selecting Add Attachment.
Next, add a title and add the document by clicking Upload File.
Also, you can add a Contract to this quote by clicking the Add Enhancements menu and selecting Add Contract.
Descriptions and attachments offer additional options for showcasing your services.
