The first step is to create a proposal using Canva or Adobe Express. Both these platforms have large libraries of templates you can use. In this example, we will use Canva.

If you are a photographer who wants to create a proposal document for a client, you can access Canva, search for "photography proposal," and personalize one of the templates to align with your brand.

Find a template you like, click on it, and click 'Customize this template'. The next step is customizing the template by adding your copy, photos, and branding.

Once you've finished the design, save it as a PDF. Next, you will add this document to your quote.

From within a quote's settings, click on the drop-down menu at the top and select "Add Attachment." Now, add the document you created in Canva to your quote.

At the top of the quote, your client will now see a link. If they click it, the proposal will open.

In summary, this is how to incorporate a proposal document created in Canva or Adobe Express into your quote: First, create the proposal in Canva or Adobe Express, then attach it to your quote. Including these documents is a great idea, as they allow you to showcase your services to clients more effectively!
