Sending Forms to Your Clients

Once you’ve built your forms in Bloom, there are several ways to share them with your clients.

Option 1: Send the Form Link Directly

You can copy the form’s URL and send it to your client via email or chat.

  • When your client submits the form this way, their answers will be emailed to you directly.

  • The form won’t be linked to a specific project unless you send it through a project.

Option 2: Embed a Form on Your Website

You can also embed your Bloom form directly into your website.

  • We recommend embedding a Lead Capture Form or an Instant Booking Form, since these are designed for collecting leads and bookings directly from your website.

  • When a form is embedded, submissions will automatically create a lead or project in your Bloom account, depending on the form type.

💡 Tip: You can find your form’s embed code by opening the form in your Bloom account and clicking Share > Embed.

Option 3: Add the Form to a Project

To keep everything organized, you can add your form directly to a project:

  1. Open the project.

  2. In the Forms section, click the + icon.

  3. Select the form you’d like to attach.

  4. Choose whether to email the form to your client or show/hide it in the client portal.

When a form is added to a project, all submitted answers are linked to that project. You’ll be able to view the responses right from within the project page.

Tracking Form Completion

  • If a form hasn’t been filled out yet, it will display as “Incomplete.”

  • Once the client submits the form, the status automatically updates to “Completed.”

  • If a client partially fills out a form and exits, their answers are automatically saved. When they reopen the form, they can pick up where they left off.
