Creating Multiple galleries in one project

Bloom allows you to create multiple galleries in a project. At any point, you can create an additional gallery in a project by following these steps:


1️⃣ Open the Project

Open the project where you’d like to add a gallery.


2️⃣ Add a Gallery

Click the “+ Image Gallery” button.
This creates a new gallery where you can upload your images.



3️⃣ Upload Images and Create Albums

In the Gallery tab, upload your images.
You can create additional albums within the same gallery by clicking “+ New Album” on the left.

By default, the gallery displays the first album, but you can easily switch between albums using the sidebar.


4️⃣ Customize Your Design

Go to the Design tab to adjust your gallery layout, image spacing, and overall style.



5️⃣ Adjust Gallery Settings

In the Settings tab, you can enable or disable features like:

  • Favorites

  • Image downloads

  • Public/private gallery toggle



6️⃣ View Engagement

The Downloads and Actions tabs show your client interactions — such as likes, comments, and image downloads.

Sharing Individual Galleries

Each gallery has its own unique link, allowing you to share them separately.
To share:

  1. Open the project

  2. Click the 3 dots next to the gallery you want to share

  3. Click send gallery

  4. Compose the email you'd like to send, or apply a template

  5. Send the gallery


Note- this is only available with the Standard or Plus plans. The Starter Plan is limited to one gallery per project.
