  • Creating workflows is quick and easy. You can add as many workflows as you need by using the “Add Workflow” button. New workflows will always appear on the bottom and work to the top depending on how old they are.

  • When you create a workflow, be sure to give a title, and then use the gear icon if you need to edit the tasks and task stages.

  • To move tasks from one stage to another, simply use the move handles to rearrange the order.

  • Use the workflows to stay on top of all of your projects and mark them off as you complete each task. You can mark off which tasks are Paused, Started, or Done.

  • Name your own custom workflow statuses. You can pick if you want to add this to all of your workflows.

  • Create sub-tasks within a task.

  • You can also add dates to your tasks

  • You can also move a project from one workflow to another by dragging it to the desired location.
