First, go to the Contacts tab; here, you can add a new contact by clicking the Red New Contact button.
Enter the information, Select the contact type, and click "Add."
From the contacts page, you click "+ Add" on the "Associated Projects" area.

Enter the details like Project name, specialty, and Workflow and click Create.
If you want to create a project from an existing contact. First.
Go to your Contacts tab.
Find the contact you wish to create a project for.
Click the three dots on the right and select New Project
If you want to create a new lead, click Convert to Lead
Next, fill out all the fields associated with the project and hit save. That's it!
