In the top left corner of your message thread, you’ll see a drop-down menu with options on which direction you want to take the conversation.
Each option will open a form to fill out the details associated with your new lead or project. Keep in mind, if you are creating a new project for a previous client, all of their contact information will automatically plug into the form so you don't have to worry about re-entering anything twice.
That's all there is to it! You can now manage the new project in the projects tab of your portal.
