In the top right corner of your message thread, you’ll see three dots. Click the dots to view a menu with options for how you would like to move forward.
You have the choice to edit or open the contact, or create a new lead or project.
Each option will open a form to fill out the details associated with your new lead or project. Keep in mind, if you are creating a new project for a previous client, all of their contact information will automatically plug into the form so you don't have to worry about re-entering anything twice.
That's all there is to it! You can now manage the new project in the projects tab of your portal.
