Go to Settings > Templates
After clicking 'New Contract', toggle on 'Upload by PDF'.
Select the contract PDF you'd like to add and click save.
You can delete or edit contracts by clicking the 3 dots next to the contract.
If you don't want to use the Bloom provided contract, you can easily upload your own. Here's how to get it done:
