To set up image proofing you need first to create a project. This is done by going to the projects tab, and clicking "Create Project".

After your project is set up, click "More Actions" and "Add Image Gallery".

Drag and drop images or click to upload from your computer. You can drag around the images to rearrange the order.

Create new albums by clicking "New Album" on the left side. You can also select a cover image.

Go to the design tab to customize the look of the gallery. Choose the layout, font, and pick between the dark or light theme.

If you need, you can change the name and date, as well as copy or change the gallery URL.

Toggle between "Cover" and "Gallery". Do this to preview what your client will see. All galleries will have a cover image.

Go to settings. This is where you will set up image proofing.

Enable favorites if you want your clients to be able to like images from the gallery.

Toggle between private and public. If you set the gallery to private, your client will need a password to get access to this gallery. The password is generated right next to the toggle.

If you are going to allow downloads, you can pick the available image sizes. Also, if you need to, you can limit the number of photos that your client will be able to download.

After you've changed your settings, click save on the bottom of your screen.

If you're ready to share the gallery, click share at the top right part of the screen. This will open up an email editor.

Type in your client's email address. Add the subject line and compose the email. If you have already saved a template, you can find it by clicking on the templates dropdown.

The top right portion has the gallery URL. If you don't want to send the gallery using this templated email, you can copy the URL and send it to your client.

After you've sent your client the gallery, you will be able to see which photos they've liked and commented on.

This is done by editing the gallery, then going to the "Downloads" and "Actions" tabs.

That's all there is to it!
