You can connect an Apple Calendar to your Bloom account, which will move every event from your Apple calendar, into your Bloom calendar. All of these newly added events will be unavailable for booking in Bloom.

  1. Get your calendar link from your iPhone or Mac

Mac:

Open the calendar app. Find the iCloud calendar you want to sync with Bloom, and click on the icon next to the calendar, and set the calendar to public. After you've set the calendar to 'public', copy the URL. You will need to paste this into Bloom, to do this, follow the instructions in step 2.

iPhone:

Open your calendar app and click calendars. Select which iCloud calendar you wish to add to Bloom. Click the ℹ️ icon to edit the calendar. Make sure the calendar is set to public, then click 'Share Link'. Copy the URL. You will paste this link into your Bloom portal. To do this, follow the instructions in step 2.

2. Paste the iCloud calendar URL into Bloom

In your Bloom portal, go to Settings > Edit Calendars. Click 'New Feed'. Paste your Apple iCloud Calendar URL here, and name your feed. Click Subscribe. 2.

Now, all your Apple iCloud Calendar events are in Bloom, and every event is blocked off for booking in Bloom. If you want your Bloom projects and events added to your Bloom account, there is one more step.

3. Add your Bloom projects and events to your Apple calendar

Note, if you've completed steps 1 and 2, all your Apple events are already in Bloom and are affecting your booking availability. The purpose of this last step is to add Bloom projects and events to Apple.

In your Bloom portal, go to Settings > Edit Calendars. One at a time, copy the links from Bloom. You will need to add these to your Apple iCloud Calendar.

Open the calendar app on your mac. Click File > New Calendar Subscription. Paste the link from Bloom here.

My Calendar = events created in the Bloom calendar and events created by scheduling form.

Bloom Projects = Every Bloom project date.

That's all there is to it! You now have a full 2-way sync between Bloom and Apple. Every single Apple event from your calendar will be unavailable for booking in Bloom, and you can also view Bloom projects and events in your Apple Calendar.
