Bloom Questionnaires allow you to send your clients easy surveys that give you all the information you need to serve them the best. Watch the short video below to see exactly how they work.
What makes questionnaire forms different?
A questionnaire form in Bloom has the same type of questions as other forms. The main difference is that questionnaire forms are almost always sent directly from a project. This allows all the answers to come back into a specific project. That way, you can always keep track of the details on a project.

How do I send Bloom questionnaires to my client?
Sending a questionnaire can be done by scrolling down to the bottom of your client's contacts/project page. Simply click "add" on the forms section, click on add forms, and send.
You can also copy and paste the link that you see in the email and text it to your client. Just make sure the link you are sending includes the project ID. That way, Bloom knows which project to send the answers back to.
How do I view the answers my client gives me?
To view the answers your client gives you, go to Forms in the sidebar > open the form you sent > click the Results tab at the top > click Download CSV to view all submitted responses.
Bloom exports responses in spreadsheet format for easy review and record keeping. If no responses have been submitted, the CSV will be empty.
What happens if I send someone the form using the link and I don't send it from the project?
Although not advisable, it is possible to share a link to your questionnaire form without attaching it to a project. This method is ideal when you prefer the results to remain unassociated with any project.
In this case, you will receive an email with all the Questionnaire form answers, and those answers will not be visible within a Bloom project.
