Bloom Questionnaires allow you to send your clients easy surveys that give you all the information you need to serve them the best. Watch the short video below to see exactly how they work.

What makes questionnaire forms different?

A questionnaire form in Bloom has the same type of questions other forms have. The main difference is that questionnaire forms are almost always sent from a project directly. This allows all the answers to come back into a specific project. That way you can always keep track of the details pertaining to a project.

If you want to learn about the different types of questions you can ask in Bloom forms click here to learn all about them.

How do I send Bloom questionnaires to my client?

Sending a questionnaire can be done right from your project dashboard. Just click on the send form button in the upper right part of the screen and choose the questionnaire that you want to send. Once you select your questionnaire an email window will pop up where you can send it to your client. You can also copy and paste the link that you see in the email and text it to your client. Just make sure the link you are sending includes the project ID, That way bloom knows which project to send the answers back to.

How do I view the answers my client gives me?

You can view the answers to your questionnaire form by clicking on the form answers button in your project dashboard. You can select the form you want to see the answers for and all the answers will pop up right away.

What happens if I send someone the form using the link and I don't send it from the project?

While it is not recommended, you can still send someone a link to your questionnaire form without going through a project. In this case, since Bloom does not know where to put this information you will receive an email with all the questionnaire form answers. It will look something like this.
