With Bloom, you can easily schedule meetings and bookings using our customizable forms. One useful feature allows you to set a limited date range for your scheduling form. This feature enables you to offer scheduling only on specific days, ensuring better control over your availability. Here's how you can configure this setting:

Step 1: Accessing the Form Settings

  1. Navigate to the Forms tab in the left panel.

  2. If you haven't created a form yet, click on "New Form" and choose the relevant form type. Use an instant booking form for project scheduling, or a scheduling form for calls or meetings.

  3. If you already have a form you'd like to use, click on "Edit Form" to proceed with applying the limited date range.

  4. Note, all 4 types of forms can have a scheduling question added, and they can all have a limited date range.

Step 2: Applying the Limited Date Range

  1. Find the relevant form that contains a scheduling question, and edit the form.

  2. Click on the three dots (ellipsis) icon next to the scheduling question, and choose the "Edit" option.

3. In the question settings, enable the "Limited Date Range" toggle. This feature allows you to handpick the available dates for scheduling when clients fill out the form.

4. If you wish to limit scheduling to specific days of the week, simply select each desired day.

5. Make sure the "Use availability settings" toggle is enabled, and if necessary, add a Zoom meeting option.

6. Once you have selected all the relevant dates and adjusted the settings, click "Save" to confirm your changes. Remember to save both the edits to the scheduling question and the overall form.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up a limited date range in your scheduling form on Bloom.io. Now, when clients fill out the form, only the dates you have selected will be displayed as available options. Keep in mind that the limited date range setting still adheres to your available hours in the calendar and the preferences you have set in Settings > Scheduling.
