With Bloom.io, you can easily integrate your Outlook calendar to stay organized and streamline your scheduling. Follow these simple steps to connect your Outlook calendar to your Bloom account:

Step 1: Open your Bloom calendar settings. In your Bloom account, go to Calendar > Edit Calendars.

Step 2: Create a new Feed. Click on the "+ New Feed" button and give your feed a suitable name.

This is where you will paste your Outlook ics link.

Step 3: Open a new tab and log in to your Outlook account. Head to the calendar section and click on the settings gear icon (โš™๏ธ).

Step 4: Access shared calendars from the settings, locate the "Shared Calendars" section.

Step 5: Copy the ICS link from your Outlook settings. This link will be used to get your Outlook events into your Bloom calendar.

Step 6: Paste the ICS Link in Bloom.

Go back to your Bloom account and paste the ICS URL from Outlook into the feed section you created earlier. This will add your Outlook events into your Bloom calendar.

Step 7: Syncing with Bloom Projects and Events.

To enable the synchronization of your Bloom projects and events with Outlook, you'll need to copy two ICS links from your Bloom account and add them to Outlook. This will add your Bloom projects and events into your Outlook Calendar.

Step 8: Copy your ICS links from Bloom.

In your Bloom account, go to Calendar > Edit Calendars. This will surface popup that contains two ICS links.

Step 9: Copy these links and add them into your Outlook calendar, one at a time.

Step 10: In Outlook go to your calendar and click "Add Calendar" and then click "Subscribe from Web". There will be a place where you can enter your Bloom ICS link.

Step 11: Copy the ICS link from Bloom, and paste it into Outlook. Now, your Bloom projects and events are successfully integrated into Outlook and vice versa.

Important Note: Any event from Outlook that appears in Bloom will be marked as busy, making it unavailable for booking projects and meetings during that time.

By following these steps, you'll have a seamless connection between your Bloom and Outlook calendars, ensuring efficient management of your schedule and tasks. Happy organizing!
