Configure your client portal settings and design your customer experience.
In Settings > Client Portal, you can add cover art, set your welcome message, add a call to action, and ask your client to refer you.
Cover Art:
Go to Settings > Client Portal
Click "Add Cover Art" to upload or choose a cover image.
After clicking "Add Cover Art" you can pick from one of our presets, or upload your own.
The recommended size is 4000x554px.
After uploading a cover image, it will be displayed on the client portal dashboard each time they log into their portal.
You can remove or replace the cover image by going back to Settings > Client Portal, and then clicking "Edit Cover Art".
Set Your Welcome Message:
You can write a custom message that will appear the first time your client logs into their client portal.
To do this, go to the "Welcome Greeting" section of the client portal settings.
Write your own message, or use our prewritten greeting.
Add a Call to Action:
The client portal will contain a "Send a Message" button, but you can add a secondary button that links to a Bloom form, or a URL of your choice.
To add a CTA, go to "Secondary Button" in your client portal settings.
Under "Button Toggle" select "Show Button".
You can pick between opening a form or redirecting to a URL, in the "Button Action" section, and add the button text in the "Button Title" section.
You can use this feature to add an instant booking form to the client portal. This way your clients can book you for another project from their portal.
Referrals:
Scroll to the bottom of your client portal settings until you see "Referral Widget".
Select "Show Widget" to display the referral. Give it a title, enter your URL and add a message for your client.
After you've completed the setup, your client's dashboard should look something like this:
From here, your client can view different projects they have with you, book a new project, send you a message, and share your referral code.
