There are several ways to edit a contact in Bloom. You can make changes from the Contacts tab, within a project or lead, or directly from an invoice. However, if you edit a contact from the Contacts tab, those changes will not be applied retroactively across all areas of Bloom.
Understanding Contact Snapshots in Invoices
When you create an invoice, a snapshot of the contact information is saved at that moment. Any changes made to the contact details after the invoice is created will not automatically update the contact information in the existing invoice.
To update the contact information on an existing invoice, follow these steps:
Open the invoice you want to update.
Edit the contact information directly from within the invoice editor.
This ensures that the invoice reflects the most current contact details.
