The Bloom calendar was built to give you a clean and convenient way to manage all of your business events. Anytime you create a project or receive a lead project request, it automatically shows up in your calendar so that you don’t accidentally double book. Managing Events and Projects in your Calendar
Your Bloom calendar is the perfect host for all of the important dates and events that you need to keep organized within your workflow. Anything from a doctor's appointment to an important shoot, you can schedule and keep track of it all here. There are two different ways to create a new event in your Bloom calendar: Select the date of the event and fill out the details according to the new event. You can block out the entire day or just section out the several hours that you’ll be busy.
Differences inside the Bloom calendar
When you open your calendar, you'll notice the different colored dots or highlights assigned to your projects. This is to help you read between the different types, statuses and sources of the projects booked. All of your Bloom bookings will show up as a “Bloom Project” with a blue dot, and any events which you create manually will appear as “My Calendar Events” an orange dot.
