Before creating any Scheduling Form for your Zoom calls, be sure to have your Zoom account connected to Bloom. You can learn how to do so by clicking the button below:
Once your Zoom account has been connected. You can now add it to your Scheduling Form. Here are the steps to start booking calls:
Start by navigating to the Forms page under Settings.
Create New Form > Select Scheduling Form.
Click on the ellipses on the scheduling field row > Edit.
Toggle on the Add Zoom Meeting switch (it is off by default).
When you send this form to your clients, a link to your personal Zoom meeting will be added to any event your client's schedule.
Be sure to save the form, and there you have it! You can now share the form link with your clients via email or social media, as well as embed it on your site.
